My washboard body needs a change. The extra protein is for the pectoral exercises that I’ve been recently trying out. Whoooooooo boobsssss
Also,
According to many websites, it takes around 3500 extra Calories to gain a pound. But I also have to consider the thermodynamic properties of each macronutrients I’m consuming. A large amount is still from protein, so I might still gain a bit more muscle along with the fat (not completely sedentary, you know…) We will see how it goes by Saturday. Right now, can’t weigh myself. There’s probably 10 lbs of waste in me at the moment…
As of today, I’ve over eaten around 3000-4000 Cal
After the third day of forcibly stuffing myself silly, I’m starting to feel a pang of guilt again. And it’s, not surprisingly, growing. We’ll see what happens at the end of this week.

So far, so good! Not only was I able to eat about an extra 1000 Calories for today (believe me, I tried my best!) and NOT FEEL GUILTY (what a first!), I was also able to talk to my dad about my old eating problems, and now, it seems as if he understands a little about my situation. Actually, I think the only problem with this is that I *eat pretty healthily, so everything I eat is almost super bulky (DAMN YOU FRUITS AND VEGS), and now my stomach is feeling…not so great at the moment. I guess I’ll start out tomorrow with some avocado. And a peanut butter croissant lolol
